March 2022 Elections - Positions and Suggested Requirements
Alternate Intra-group Representative:
Suggested Qualifications:

2 Years Sobriety

Successfully Completed previous chair position

Current Miami Group Homegroup Member for a year or more

Attends 75% or more of a Homegroup meeting

Ability to design and maintain website

Ability to operate audio recording equipment

Ability to read and write fluently
Duties include:

Build and Maintain the website

Maintain member directory
-
Record the speaker meeting

Publish speakers on the website

Coordinate with group officers and publish group reports on the website

Publish group events on the website

Make fliers for the meetings

Send out mass emails

Coordinate with meeting secretaries and publish meeting information on the website
The Alternate Monday Night Secretary
Suggested Qualifications:

Duties Include:

Keep meeting documents such as format, list of commitment chairs and commitment descriptions
Coordinate with the church to get the meeting space opened for set up by 6:30 PM
Coordinate with the church to make sure the space is locked up at the end of the night.
The Monday Night Secretary has the discretion to create new chairpersons as required.
Alternate Thursday Night Secretary
Suggested Qualifications:
• 2 years sobriety
• Successfully Completed previous chair position
• Current Miami Group Homegroup Member for a year or more
• Attends 75% or more of monthly Thursday meetings
◦ Duties Include:
▪ Appoint Set Up Person
▪ Appoint Coffee Person
▪ Appoint Chip Person
▪ Select person to chair the meeting
▪ Coordinate with the Intra-group Representative to make sure the group is informed about who is doing the meeting and what page we are on
H&I Chairperson & Alternate H&I Chairperson:
Suggested Qualifications:
• 2 years sobriety
• Successfully Completed previous chair position
• Current Miami Group Homegroup Member for a year or more
• Attends 75% or more of a Homegroup meeting
• H&I experience
◦ Duties include:
▪ Attend monthly District H&I meetings
▪ Develop and cover H&I meetings for the group (see TMG H&I approved list)
▪ Give report to intragroup Re: Fellowship Chairperson & Alternate
Suggested Qualifications:
H&I Chairperson:
• Requirements include:
◦ 2 years sobriety
◦ Successfully Completed previous chair position
◦ Current Miami Group Homegroup Member for a year or more
◦ Attends 75% or more of a Homegroup meeting
• Duties include:
◦ Coordinate with Intragroup Rep
◦ Develop Fellowship schedule
◦ Create Flyers for events for email and web.
